If you choose to supply us with your telephone number online, you will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding your inquiry. We do not market by telephone.

Our site uses a customer service form for our customers to request information about our products. The information collected on that form is used to contact you at your request. We also use an order form for your online shopping convenience. Financial information that is collected on the order form is used by Paypal to process your product order. Outdoor Elements never receives your financial information.

We use our newsletter to keep our customers up-to-date on information of general interest. We also occasionally send email notices about new products and specials to our customers. We never send unsolicited email - you must opt-in to receive these mailings. You may opt-in at any time by using our customer service form and selecting that option.
